The Golf Course Superintendents Association (GCSAA) recently approved 0.35 GCSAA educational points for the OSU Golf Course Management Certificate program (on-line). The on-line OSU Golf Course Management Certificate is designed for students and golf course industry personnel who are interested in persuing educational advancement in the field. The course consists of 7 modules - cool and warm season turfgrasses, cultural practices, pests (diseases, insects, weeds), and an extra credit module which contains a collection of topics of interest. The certificate is centered around lectures or podcasts similar to the ones found at buckeyeturf.osu.edu. For more information click on the Certificate Course link found throughout this web site.
