Sports Turf Certificate 2 Launched! PDF Print E-mail

 Certificate 2 of the online Sports Turf Management Certificate Program was launched today - September 10th, 2007.

The Sports Turf Management Program consists of 5 Certificates - (1) Soils & Water, (2) Turfgrasses, (3) Field Presentation & Cultural Practices, (4) Pests (diseases, insects, weeds), and (5) Synthetic Turf. The certificate lectures are podcasts similar to the ones found at buckeyeturf.osu.edu.  Enrollment fee for each Certificate is $125 (US), or $625 to enroll in all 5 Certificates. 

Certificate 2: "Turfgrasses" is delivered by Dr. Karl Danneberger from The Ohio State University Horticulture & Crop Science Department.
