The First Four Graduates PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 20 November 2008

The first four graduates of The Ohio State University Online Sports Turf Management Program have obtained their certificates with "Distinction".

Dan Mausolf (left), Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Radrick Farms Golf Course (University of Michigan) was the first to graduate. As well as taking care of the golf course at U of M, he has been involved with renovations of the football, baseball and softball fields. Dan is married with a young daughter and two dogs. In his spare time, he is a referee of both college football and HS basketball. Since graduating with the sports turf certificate he has enrolled on the Ohio State "Golf Course Online Program" with Dr. Karl Danneberger.

In addition to Dan, three more graduates finished the course this week:

Dean Armstrong (Hillsboro City Schools, Ohio)

Ron Slosar (Lost Nation Sports Park, Ohio)

Donald Wilcenski (Briarcliff Sod Inc., New York)

Congratulations to each of our graduates. Achieving a Certificate with Distinction from The Ohio State University is a great lifetime accomplishment.
