International Turfgrass Research Conference will bring turfgrass scientists from across the globe to Llandudno, Wales. The 10th International Turfgrass Research Conference takes place this July in Llandudno, Wales. Turgrass scientists from all over the world will be converging on Wales for the conference, which only runs every 4 years.

The scientific program includes symposiums on maintaining turf without protection chemicals and turf in the urban environment. There is also a special session on artificial playing surfaces. The week is broken down into subject presentations and posters such as: Soil Physics, Physiology and Stress Physiology, Information Technology, Genetics, Breeding and Variety Evaluation, Conservation and Environmental Quality, Establishment and Maintenance, & Weeds, Pests and Diseases.

In addition, there will be technical tours, including Manchester City Football Club and the Sports Turf Research Institute.
